For Undergraduate Major Applicants

Application Materials

We must receive all of the following items (in one packet) in the Department Office (listed on the application) by February 1 to consider you for admission. Incomplete packets will not be processed. Your packet must include:

  • The completed Application form
  • Essay on Career Interest (included in application)
  • Official Transcripts of All College/University Coursework (including Fall 2011 grades, if you took courses during that term)
