Ms. Dana Griffis is a clinical Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in adult acute and outpatient care with focus in the evaluation and management of swallowing, speech, cognitive-linguistic, and voice disorders. Ms. Griffis specializes in dysphagia evaluation, treatment, and management across all adult populations (i.e. neurogenic, head and neck cancer, TBI, etc). She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Ms. Griffis graduated with a Master of Art degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida in 2006. She has worked across the continuum of care including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care and outpatient settings. She rejoined the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences in September 2014.
