Kristi Chamberlain

Kristi Chamberlain is the owner of Peninsula Pediatric Therapies, a multi-disciplinary clinic for children, in Newport News, Virginia. Originally from Miami, Florida, Kristi attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and graduate studies. She graduated with a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2003. In addition to working across many different settings, Kristi has had the unique opportunity to learn different specialized skills at a craniofacial clinic and a school for autistic children. She is certified in the Orton Gillingham method of reading instruction, CAPDOTS to assist children with Central Auditory Processing Disorders, and Autism Movement Therapy. She is the author of the Early Articulation Books for Cleft Palate Speech published by Pro-Ed. In 2017, Kristi decided to open a private practice, which quickly grew to include occupational therapy. Kristi currently lives in Yorktown, VA with her husband and three children and is still a Gator at heart.
