Six students from the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences presented at the 2022 Florida Undergraduate Research Conference in Orlando on February 18-19. The research topics included identifying children at risk for reading disabilities, studying the language skills in children with Sickle Cell Disease and vocal health and awareness in occupational voice users. The Florida Undergraduate Research Association is dedicated to promoting the understanding of research and creative activity across all disciplines.
